ADEX 2015: Hyundai Rotem advances armoured armada
Testing and evaluation of the Wheeled Armoured Vehicle (WAV), a family of 6x6 and 8x8 armoured vehicles from Hyundai Rotem and destined for the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA), will be completed by the end of November.
Hyundai Rotem, maker of South Korea’s heaviest armoured vehicles, told Shephard at the Seoul ADEX 2015 show that initial production will continue with three vehicles of both the 6x6 and 8x8 platforms, before making way for series production for the ROKA in 2017.
