Hooking into urban climbing

A new hook system from Norwegian urban and maritime access company, Henriksen REBS, is being developed for the military urban climbing market.

Engineers are working on the new hook design that will give Special Forces operators and police units the capability to climb buildings more quickly than with existing equipment.

If tests go well over the next few months a small batch will be provided to a launch customer for further testing and may then result in a contract.
