GDELS to support Danish Army vehicles
General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) will provide on-going support for the Danish Army’s wheeled vehicle fleet under a new multi-year framework contract announced on 23 December.
The contract covers general post-production support for the army’s Piranha 3, Duro IIIP and Eagle IV vehicles. GDELS will perform maintenance, repair and overhaul, technical support, training and modernisation activities.
The award also sets the foundation for the parties to perform technical studies, improvements, upgrades and configuration management for the vehicles.
