Farnborough 2010: BAE Systems progresses with on-board power management for GCV
BAE Systems is in talks with bidding prime contractors for the US Army’s Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) programme to supply its on-board power management system, company officials have told Land Warfare International.
According to Don Flynn, director business development for military vehicle systems, BAE Systems has been approached by ‘two out of the three’ main parties bidding for the GCV contract. Involved in a bid itself with Northrop Grumman, other leading primes include General Dynamics and SAIC.
