Eurosatory 2018: Iveco engaged with Italian Army orders
While Iveco did not release any new platforms at this year’s Eurosatory the Italian company is moving ahead with two of its newest platforms, the Centauro II and the Light Multirole Vehicle (LMV) II.
The company displayed the 8x8 wheeled armoured vehicle Centauro II at Eurosatory 2018 after unveiling the platform during the same event in 2016.
Speaking to reporters at the event in Paris, Claudio Catalano VP product development and sales engineering at Iveco said that the company has carried out ‘two years of intensive testing and validation’ with the Italian Army.
