eCastle to market Controp products
Controp Precision Technologies has partnered with eCastle Australia for the marketing of its EO/IR defence and homeland security solutions, the company announced on 28 August.
The partnership will see Controp's Speed-ER and Sight-HD - among others - marketed by eCastle for the Australian and the Asia Pacific region.
Speed-ER is an ultra-long-range observation system for land applications such as border surveillance and coastline protection. The system’s three channels –visible, thermal and short-wave infrared – provide sharp, clear, high-resolution pictures, even in conditions of haze, dust, rain or high humidity. The gyro-stabilisation and image processing algorithms achieve high resolution and better quality at very long ranges.
Sight-HD, a gyro-stabilised targeting sight for armoured fighting vehicles and remote weapon stations, weighs 13kg and is easy to install. The system provides fast target assessment and precision engagement, day and night, under the most severe conditions.
