D&S 2013: Chaiseri unveils new 4x4 prototype
Thailand-based Chaiseri is exhibiting its newest 4x4 armoured vehicle for the first time at Defence & Security in Bangkok.
General manager, Kan Koolhiran, told Shephard that the company had self-funded a vehicle development project after the Royal Thai Army asked for a vehicle that would provide a higher level of mobility.
Chaiseri started developing the new prototype last year and the result is the First Win E, which is a further development of the First Win 4x4 that is already in service with the Royal Thai Army, which is being used for VIP transport in the Southern highlands of Thailand
