DroneShield talk up customer interest on RfZero
As a welcome addition to the C-UAS market, DroneShield’s new RfZero drone detection device has been developed to meet user demand for a simpler, more cost-effective solution than the company’s existing RfOne, with a number of potential operators in various industries expressing interest in the system.
RfZero has omnidirectional capabilities suited to users that wish to detect drones over small areas, such as prisons or mines.
The company has had discussions with a number of interested parties in the commercial space, said Oleg Vornik, DroneShield’s chief executive officer (CEO), but he could not go into further detail at this stage.
