Pentagon prepares for a FY19 spending holiday
With the Pentagon’s Fiscal Year 2019 budget set at $686 billion, the department has unveiled its spending priorities for next year and says it wants to invest in readiness and new technologies to prepare for a conflict with Russia and China.
