Sikorsky secures US Army contract modification
Sikorsky was awarded a $525.4 million contract modification by US Army Contracting Command on 10 March.
This allows Sikorsky to exercise contract options on the Army MY IX Programme Year 4 Lot 44 requirement for 38 UH-60M Army aircraft. Two UH-60M FMS green aircraft are also included.
Funding for the contract change is from the FY2010 special and FY2020 Army aircraft procurement funds.
All work is scheduled for completion by 30 June 2022.
