Quad A 2016: Leadership outlines rotary challenges

Army aviation capabilities will be vital for the US as future conflicts become more complex and fought over more dispersed regions in the world, but decreasing budgets are presenting new challenges for the service. 

Speaking at Quad A in Atlanta, Georgia, Gen David Perkins, TRADOC commanding general, shared his vision of how army aviation assets fit into the service’s future strategic concept, known as ‘Win in a Complex World’.
