Patrulla Aspa prepare for the 2009 airshow season

Spain's Patrulla Aspa helicopter display team have been working up ready for the 2009 airshow season.

The Spanish Air Force team, which fly five Eurocopter EC120 Colibri training helicopters first formed in September 2003 at Armilla AB.

The team now has a new team of pilots. Leading the team is Capt Carlos Martinez and the Lt Felipe de la Vega. Aircraft two is flown by Capt Javier Precipice and the Lt Robert Count. Aircraft three is flown by Captains Juan Suárez and Carlos Villalón and the fourth aircraft will be flown by Commander Marcos Díaz  and Captain Miguel Ángel Pemau.
