New tool for servicing Apaches developed
InventHelp has announced the development of a new tool to simplify the rigging of horizontal stabilisers on Apache AH-64D helicopters.
When installing the horizontal stabiliser, it must be rigged correctly in order to give the pilots in the cockpit a correct readout on the multi-purpose display. The new Transducer Pro tool allows adjustments to be made easily on the motion transducer. It easily fits into the small space between the horizontal stabilizer and the airframe itself.
The original design was submitted to Denver office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
