The recently appointed CEO of the French training services enterprise DCI, Jean-Michel Palagos, has ambitious plans for the business and has set an annual growth rate of 5% with his board.
DCI was created by the French government in 1972 as services company to assist in the transfer of French armed forces training and know how to friendly countries including those that by French defence equipment.
