Teledyne builds on glider modularity (video)
As Teledyne Marine continues to expand its services and provision of unmanned systems into commercial and defence markets the company is also developing new platform and system capabilities, particularly for its G3 Glider AUV.
While the company’s market portfolio leans towards defence - to date 150 systems have been sold into the sector with another 150 systems due to be provided in a sole-source contract - other applications with academic and scientific institutions provide a degree of balance to the share of business.
