AeroVironment has unveiled its latest addition to its UAV Family, Snipe, a nano-UAS based on the Hummingbird UAS the company worked on with DARPA.

The new UAS has already been sent out to a US military faction for evaluation and David Sharpin, vice president of the tactical UAS business unit at AeroVironment, told Shephard that ten more of the Snipe systems are due to be shipped out at the end of May 2017.
