Singapore Airshow: Arguing the case for VMT

One of the more interesting papers at the Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference (SATEC) was delivered by US virtual maintenance trainer (VMT) specialists, DISTi Corporation.

The company’s VP for business development, Stephen Jackson and director of global business and software support, Christopher Giordano, delivered a paper entitled Understanding Return on Investment and Cost Drivers for Aircraft Virtual Maintenance Trainers. The paper considered the benefits of training with VMT compared to conventional hardware-based trainers.
