GBvi will display two new technologies in its Chronos range at I/ITSEC 2017, the Chronos Greyscale and Chronos Rewind, which will be demonstrated live at the event in Orlando.
Chronos Greyscale is new optical blend technology that addresses the small 4K and 8K class of projection systems where some optical trade-offs are most challenging, particularly with laser-phosphor illumination.
The company developed its greyscale technology in-house to provide blend masks with variable density. GBvi says this opens up new options and combinations of projects and display types.
