Kongsberg signs NSM deal
Kongsberg has signed a NOK203 million ($23.1 million) deal with Raytheon for Naval Strike Missiles (NSM) the Norwegian company announced on 9 March.
These missiles will form part of the USN Over-The-Horizon Weapon System (OTH WS) programme, which was announced in May 2018 with a total value of $847.61 million.
NSM is a long-range precision missile intended to destroy land- and sea-based targets with a maximum range of 100 nautical miles.
