MSPO 2018: MBDA eyes missile potential in Poland
MBDA is looking to make progress on various programmes in Poland as it sets about opening a new office in the nation’s capital this year.
During MSPO the company displayed the Enhanced Modular Air Defence Solutions (EMADS) with its Common Anti-air Modular Missile (CAMM) which it is touting for Poland’s Narew short-range air defence system.
For Poland the company would supply the launch vehicle, C2, radar and EO/IR systems. The overall package is modular so can integrate various Polish systems if required.
‘Our aim is to provide a sovereign Polish system,’ said the spokesperson.
