Details emerge of the PL-01 Direct Support Vehicle
The PL-01 Direct Support Vehicle (DSV) concept was unveiled to the public at the MSPO exhibition in Poland from 2-5 September.
The DSV is about 35t and can carry up to four dismounts. The main armament can be either a 105mm or 120mm weapon on a remote turret.
The PL-01 DSV is being jointly developed by Obrum, part of Polish Defence Holding (PDH), and their strategic technology partner BAE Systems and is designed to be the first of a family of vehicles based on a Universal Tracked Platform for the Polish Land Forces and export markets.
