West: USCG outlines coastal ship demand
The US Coast Guard (USCG) is in urgent need of a major recapitalisation, as outlined by Rear Adm Bruce Baffer, Assistant USCG Commandant for Acquisition and Chief Acquisition Officer
At AFCEA West 2015, Baffer provided an overview of USCG cutter platform activities across the service.
