Russia eyes Ivan Gren-class landing ships
The Russian MoD is looking to acquire two or three more Ivan Gren-class landing ships, slightly modified from the original design.
According to Alexey Rakhmanov, director general of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, the umbrella holding company which controls the majority of the military shipyards in Russia, a decision has been taken to construct two or three more vessels for the Russian Navy.
