Raytheon to open two new sites in UK
Raytheon UK is set to open a new office in London and an advanced manufacturing facility in Livingston, Scotland, to expand its technology portfolio in cyber intelligence, security, aerospace and defence, Raytheon announced on 5 March.
The 130,000sq ft site in Livingston will be Raytheon’s second high-technology manufacturing facility in Scotland. The new site will support operations in the design and manufacture of power technology systems, and is expected to be operational within two years.
The London office is expected to open in spring 2019 and will host the company’s various functions, including cyber specialists to support government and commercial clients.
Raytheon UK also has a manufacturing facility in Glenrothes, Scotland.
