Nexter-KMW merger complete
Nexter Systems and Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) have completed their association, with the companies having received all required approvals.
Going forward, the two companies will operate jointly under the umbrella of a holding company under Dutch law. The headquarters of the company will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company will operate in the legal form of an N.V.
The sole shareholders of both the companies have transferred their shares to the holding company and have received 50% of shares in it in return.
