ILA 2014: Airbus targets defence export markets
Airbus Defence and Space is seeking to capitalise on a burgeoning export market, with international demand for advanced aircraft continuing to grow.
Speaking at a press conference at ILA 2014 on May 20, Christian Scherer, head of marketing and sales for Airbus Defence and Space, said that currently the company sold 60% of its products domestically, with only 40% being exported internationally.
