IMCO and Innocon announce tie-up
Israeli-based companies IMCO Group and Innocon announced an MoU on 1 February to set up a joint venture to develop UAS solutions for the defence and homeland security markets.
IMCO is an integrator and turnkey provider of advanced electromechanical and electrical solutions for the Israeli MoD, while Innocon develops and manufactures tactical UAVs ranging from miniature drones (such as Micro Falcon) to full-size aircraft (ASIS), all of which feature its own C2 technology.
Innocon also produces the MiniFalcon tactical UAV for ISTAR, border patrol and other missions, according to Shephard Defence Insight.
