Joint Israeli Navy-NATO exercise to develop maritime medical procedures
The latest casevac capacity-building demonstration is the most complex to date, following previous exercises in 2018 and 2019.
A Boeing-led team is now assembling the first two T-7A Red Hawk weapons systems trainers (WST) and an operational flight trainer (OFT) at its St Louis site. These devices form part of the Ground Based Training System (GBTS) for the T-7A, which is the new trainer aircraft for the USAF.
Suppliers of major sub-systems for the WST and OFT devices include Diamond Visionics for the image generators, JVC for the projectors, ACME for the simulated ejection seats and Wittenstein for the control loading devices.
JVC’s 8K native projectors are linked with Boeing’s Constant Resolution Visual System (CRVS) display system.
