According to the National Training Systems Association (NTSA), ‘global forces continue to be challenged by erratic budgets and complex threats. Services continue to prepare for a wide array of missions that range from disaster assistance to the return of great power competition'.
Challenges also face the global S&T community, specifically in terms of what to train for, how to conduct that training and who will pay for it.
The NTSA gathered six senior officers from the USAF, US Army, USMC and USN to address current training challenges in a Senior Leader Panel at vIITSEC.
