ITEC 2018: BISim launches new software developer kits
Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) has just released two new software developer kits (SDK) for creating custom applications for VBS3 and VBS Blue IG. Both SDKs will be demonstrated at this year’s ITEC in Stuttgart.
VBS3 is the company’s games-based visualisation software while VBS Blue IG is a CIGI-compliant (Common Image Generator Interface), 3D whole-earth image generator.
The VBS Simulation SDK allows developers direct access to the VBS engine to customise and extend VBS3 by providing an Application Programming Interface (API) and suite of tools. The SDK includes core and simulation-specific APIs, a copy of the VBS Control Editor [BISim’s artificial
