Selex ES used the Farnborough International Airshow to showcase its Innovative Avionics and Cockpit System.

The system features a high fidelity, multi-touch display and an open architecture avionics package that can integrate digital maps, images and data from a range of sensors.

Powered by new software and algorithms, the system is designed for future rotary and fixed wing aircraft, and promises to reduce weight and space requirements.
