Busy times ahead for Aerovironment as deals flock in
Unmanned systems manufacturer AeroVironment has been clearing millions of dollars in deals of late and set to supply Egypt with an undisclosed number of its RQ-20B Puma AE II following a contract award on 16 March.
It is estimated that the completion of all work associated with the contract will be by September 2020. A total of $9 million has been obligated by the US Army Contracting Command at the time of the award.
Earlier in March the company received a $44.5 million contract from an unnamed country in the Middle East to supply its Puma II AE small UAS
