USSOCOM highlights transition and transformation
In a keynote address at the March 2019 Global SOF Foundation US Symposium in Tampa Bay, FL, Vice Admiral Tim Szymanski, Deputy Commander, USSOCOM, highlighted an environment of transition and transformation as he described a number of activities underway within the command.

Szymanski began his presentation by emphasizing the importance of international SOF partnerships, the expansion of those relationships within the command, and the significance of those associations to a growing global SOF network.
