The Kastell Pro Aqua went to market at the end of January, Philippe Minchin, public relations manager at the UK-based company, told Shephard.
It was originally developed based on the requirements of a European marine special forces unit, where it is currently undergoing advanced trials and evaluations. The vest is based on the company's Kastell Pro system, which is aimed at police and SWAT customers.
