Central and Eastern European special operations forces are benefiting from a new urban combat course designed to increase cooperation and interoperability between participating force elements.
The inaugural and month-long Advanced Combat Leaders Course (ACLC) was organized and overseen by US special operations forces and concluded on 16th December 2018. Taking place at multiple locations in Slovakia and Poland, the course was designed to “Train the Trainer” and included participation from Lithuanian, Polish and Slovakian special forces personnel, according to an official US government announcement.
