Fibrotex USA receives ULCANS contract
Fibrotex USA has received a contract from the US Army Natick Soldier System Center for the further development, testing and manufacture of the next generation multi-spectral Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Net System, the company announced on 1 May.
The ten-year competitive IDIQ contract has a total value of $480 million. The programme is being managed in two phases, with the final down-select expected in 2019.

We are excited to bring the latest technology advances in multi-spectral camouflage applications to the US Army and look forward to working closely with our partners, Outdoor Ventures in Sterns, Kentucky, as well as the US Army to bring these advancements to our warfighters.’
