Heli-Expo 2018: MD softly, softly on 6XX
Despite an aggressive timeline for MD Helicopters’ 6XX attack helicopter to be market-ready this year, certification delays have hindered this process with the aircraft now moving into a 2019-20 prospective timeframe.
At last year’s Heli-Expo, MD Helicopters owner Lynn Tilton stressed the team’s commitment to ensuring the single-engine platform was ready for market in 2018.
