USSOCOM advances the Hyper Enabled Operator
The US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has initiated the first steps in its development of the Hyper Enabled Operator (HEO) concept with plans for a Technical Experimentation (TE) program to be conducted later this year.
According to an official solicitation, updated on the Federal Business Opportunities website on 21st August 2018, the TE is scheduled to take place at Avon Park Air Force Range, Florida, between 5th and 9th November. This initial TE will be followed by a second event, conducted at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Indiana, between 25th and 29th March 2019.
