SOFEX 2018: Oshkosh touts S-ATV to international market
Having tested its Special Purpose All Terrain Vehicle (S-ATV) in an unnamed Middle Eastern country, Oshkosh is now showcasing the vehicle to the international market for the first time at SOFEX 2018.
The vehicle on show is a technology demonstrator and to-date only one has been manufactured after the company lost out on the Ground Mobility Vehicles 1.1 for the US Special Forces Command (USSOCOM) to General Dynamics.
The aim for the first international showing of the vehicle is to collect views of potential customers in order to get the product ready for potential future RfPs, Mike Ivy, senior VP
