Russian Helicopters has launched the TeMPo single technical support and customer service for Kazan Ansat medical helicopters, the company announced on 4 October.

The TeMPo service will provide round-the-clock service for Ansat medical helicopters supplied under the Russian medical aviation development programme.

TeMPo enables operators to send technical queries and requests for the development of repair schemes and adjustment of instruction manuals. The service is already being used to provide technical support for Russian and foreign operators of Ka-32 and Ansat helicopters.

The service aims to make interaction between operators, developers and manufacturers of helicopters less complex and ensure faster processing of queries.

Russian Helicopters expects to add helicopters manufactured by Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant including the Mi-8AMT, Mi-171E and Mi-171A2 to the list of helicopters serviced by TeMPo by 1 December 2017.
