Ка-32А11BC order book filling up
Russian Helicopters’ order book for the Ка-32A11BC multi-role helicopter is filling up for 2018, with seven units to be delivered to international customers this year.
Two aircraft will be delivered to United Helicopters, China; three will go to Kaan Air, Turkey; and two will be handed over to undisclosed customers in Southeast Asian countries.
The medium multi-role coaxial Ка-32А11BC is designed for search and rescue missions and for work at high altitudes, firefighting operations, internal and external cargo transport, skidding, medical and casualty evacuation, as well as patrol and special operations support.
Andrey Boginsky, CEO, Russian Helicopters, said: ‘Ка-32А11BC is one of the best helicopters for firefighting, it deserved credibility of operators all around the world thanks to its unequaled performance and maintainability.
‘I am glad to note that new partners join to traditional operators of this machine. I am convinced that the first Ка-32А11BC experience will be successful in these countries and become the foundation for future deliveries.’
