Aerolite delivers Bell 429 EMS interiors

Aerolite has delivered Bell 429 emergency medical services (EMS) interiors to Alvac, it was announced on 9 August.

The interiors are outfitting new Bell 429s that are replacing the helicopters currently operated by Alvac in Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho.

The Bell 429s are equipped with Aerolite’s modular and lightweight EMS interior that weighs approximately 220lbs with the full range of medical capabilities.

The EMS interior is equipped with a primary and secondary removable patient stretcher, stretcher loading platform, swiveling medical seat, flooring, oxygen system, incubator platform, medical equipment integration, night vision goggle compatible lighting, electrical system integration and stowage provisions.

Hans Bretscher, VP of Aerolite America, said: ‘We are honoured Alvac and its subsidiary Idaho Helicopters put their trust in Aerolite again for these new helicopters.’
