VSTEP announces contract extensions
VSTEP has received a contract extension from the the Port of Rotterdam for its RescueSim full Incident Command Simulator.
The RescueSim Incident Command Simulator provides organisations with a safe and cost-effective virtual environment to carry out training exercises for aviation, land and maritime platforms.
The extension was announced alongside agreements with three other customers, including Veiligheidsregio IJsselland in the Netherlands, Chesire Fire and Rescue Service in the UK and France's SDIS 71 Fire Department.
Febryano Veldy, product manager, RescueSim, said: ‘I am very pleased that these clients have extended their contracts with us. VSTEP prides itself on maintaining good business relations. Since we have been working with them for three years already it is also a confirmation that RescueSim is useful, effective and continues to provide benefits to its users.
‘I hope we can continue to foster more long term relationships by providing a high level of customer service and a top of the line Incident Command Simulator.'
