Offshore oil and gas facilities are becoming an increasingly attractive target for terror attacks seeking to target vulnerable critical infrastructure, particularly across Asia, experts warn.

The global demand for energy is increasingly forcing developers to move into high-threat waters and hostile locations as they seek new resources.

As a result, owners and operators of offshore oil and gas infrastructure are facing greater security challenges in protecting assets and people against threats and ensuring work continues uninterrupted.
