ADAS 2018: Fast boat from DM8 makes a splash
The largest exhibit at ADAS 2018 was an HSC-40 high-speed craft fresh from the shipbuilder DM8 Composites. Earlier this month, the vessel performed successful sea trials and the company is now pushing its new interceptor to the Philippine military.
Eric Ngo, responsible for sales and marketing at DM8 Composites, told Shephard that the vessel had been designed with multiple Philippine military service requirements in mind, as well as the needs of the national police and Philippine Coast Guard.
