Just days after announcing its first service to Branson, MO, from its home of Minneapolis/St Paul, Sun Country Airlines has revealed plans to launch flights from Dallas to Branson, MO from 11 May.

The airline will fly to the popular tourist destination on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, making it the only carrier offering direct non-stop service to Branson out of the Dallas market.

“We are thrilled about Sun Country’s service to Dallas, Texas, and the grand opening of the Branson Airport on 11 May,” said Jeff Bourk, executive director of Branson Airport. “We look forward to welcoming Dallas travellers.”

“We are pleased to be the only airline offering service to Branson out of Dallas,” said Stan Gadek, chairman and CEO of Sun Country Airlines. Branson becomes the second major destination out of Dallas/Fort Worth to be served by Sun Country.
