Philippe Wilmart appointed Baboo CCO
Baboo has announced that Philippe Wilmart has joined the airline as chief commercial officer (CCO). He replaces Fadi Ziadeh, who has become chief procurement officer and general manager international relations.
Wilmart was previously marketing and communication director for Marseille Airport. He spent 10 years there and was instrumental in the development of the MP2 low-cost terminal and the negotiation of the first Ryanair base in France. He became immensely popular and respected for impeccable professionalism throughout the community of European airports and airlines.
Earlier in his carrer, Wilmart spent eight years with Sabena. With positions in Rome and Paris, he was particularly active on the Italian and French markets that were strategic in the feeding of the Brussels hub.
