The load factor for May 2009 was 77.4%, a decrease of 1.8 percentage points from May 2008. Revenue passengers carried dropped by 1.5% to 1,829,301 in May 2009 compared with 1,802,208 carried in May last year.
JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.7% and its on-time performance was 77.3%.
