The Supervisory Board of Lufthansa Technik has extended the appointment of August Wilhelm Henningsen as chairman of the Executive Board for a further five years up to 31 March 2015.
By giving its vote to Henningsen, the Supervisory Board has taken an early step to ensure continuity at the helm of Lufthansa Technik, one of the world’s biggest providers of aircraft MRO services.
Henningsen was first appointed chairman of the LHT Executive Board on 1 January 2001.
