Flybe has releases a selection of the most popular routes to be featured in its 2010 summer schedule which includes some 466 flights a week to London Gatwick.

This early selection, available for booking now, includes:
• from London Gatwick: Aberdeen, Belfast City, Dusseldorf, Guernsey, Inverness, Isle of Man, Jersey, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Newquay;
• from Exeter:  4 flights a week to Alicante and Malaga, 3 a week to Faro and 2 a week to Palma Mallorca
• from Southampton: 7 flights a week to Alicante,  5 a week to Malaga,  3 a week to Faro and 3 a week to Palma Mallorca.

A selection of ski routes to Salzburg, Geneva and Chambery have also been extended for travel to 17 April 2010.

Mike Rutter, Flybe’s chief commercial officer, commented: “It’s never too early to think about next summer. Our summer sun destinations see us continuing to listen to our customers by providing them with the convenience and flexibility of regional travel. Not only does Flybe provide a wide choice of direct flights to and from London Gatwick airport – from where we carry more domestic passengers that any other airline – but also to the some of the most popular sea and sun destinations in Europe.

“Despite the economic challenges of the past 12 months, we have continued to grow and develop the airline to provide the most cost-effective, efficient and flexible service for passengers. Our offering to London Gatwick – our recently opened 14th base – is further proof of that,” Rutter added.
